Project Details
Fred Smith Company completed comprehensive site development for the Oakview and THE YIELD projects in Holly Springs, supporting the construction of two life science buildings and improvements to Holly Springs New Hill Road and Old Holly Springs Road.
Across 56 acres, crews cleared the site and moved approximately 327,000 cubic yards of earth. The work also included 60,000 square feet of retaining walls, 33,000 linear feet of curb and gutter, and 63,000 square yards of paving that required approximately 24,000 tons of asphalt.
Fred Smith Company also coordinated and installed more than 36,000 linear feet of water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure across the two sites. Bringing the earthwork, utilities, retaining walls, concrete, and paving together under one coordinated plan helped keep the project on schedule and prepared the sites for continued development.
