Fred Smith Company served as prime contractor for McCrimmon Parkway Park, managing turnkey construction from clearing and grading through building construction and final site improvements.
The work transformed the site into a community park with a greenway trail, suspended boardwalk, tennis and pickleball courts, shelters, restrooms, gardens, retaining walls, and a combination of asphalt and concrete paving. The project also required substantial earthwork and the installation of storm drainage, water, and sewer infrastructure.
By coordinating the civil, structural, utility, and recreational components of the project, Fred Smith Company delivered a complete outdoor destination where residents can walk, play, gather, and enjoy the surrounding landscape.
