Fred Smith Company provided site construction and asphalt paving for the Garner VA Clinic, helping prepare a new healthcare destination for veterans in Wake County and surrounding communities.
Located on a 17-acre site along N.C. 50 between Rand Road and Arbor Greene Drive, the clinic was designed to provide primary care and mental health services with the capacity to serve up to 25,000 veterans each year.
Our work progressed from completing site improvements during the first phase in 2023 to asphalt paving in 2024. These efforts helped prepare the exterior site for patients, visitors, and staff. Fred Smith Company is proud to have contributed to a facility dedicated to serving veterans throughout the region.
