Fred Smith Company provided turnkey sitework for Wake Technical Community College’s Eastern Wake 4.0 campus in Wendell. By coordinating the civil work required to prepare the property, our team helped create the foundation for expanded education and workforce training in eastern Wake County.
The campus development was planned to include academic buildings supporting STEM education, business, and information technology training. As those facilities took shape, our crews completed the sitework needed to support the larger campus development.
This project reflects Fred Smith Company’s experience preparing complex sites for educational institutions and other community facilities. We are proud to have contributed to a campus focused on learning, opportunity, and workforce development.
