- Clearing and Grubbing: Initial site preparation through clearing and grubbing.
- Building Construction: Erection of buildings and concrete flatwork, along with cobblestone pavers.
- Landscaping: Provision of a complete turnkey landscape package.
- Recreational Facilities: Development of a dog park, basketball court, concrete skate park, and softball/baseball fields.
- Retaining Walls: Cast-in-place retaining walls.
- Greenway Trail: Paving of a scenic asphalt greenway trail that wraps around the entire site.
- Basketball Court: Constructed a paved asphalt basketball court.
Material and Infrastructure
- Earthmoving: Managed 33,000 cubic yards of cut to fill, including 18,500 cubic yards from McCrimmon and an additional 20,000 cubic yards from another source.
- Paving: Used 1,955 tons of asphalt.
- Utilities: Installed 3,900 feet of storm drainage, 755 feet of sewer, and 700 feet of waterline.
This project successfully delivered a fully equipped park, significantly enhancing local recreational infrastructure and providing diverse amenities for the community.

The Arthrex Manufacturing Parking Lot project in Pendleton, South Carolina was successfully completed by King Asphalt. As part of the larger Arthrex Manufacturing facility, this project involved the construction of a new parking addition spanning approximately 200,000 square feet.
The Arthrex Manufacturing facility itself is dedicated to the production of orthopedic devices and implants, making it an essential establishment for advancing medical technology. The parking lot expansion was a crucial component in accommodating the growing needs of the facility.
King Asphalt played a pivotal role in executing this project, undertaking the installation of both stone base and asphalt paving. This encompassed heavy-duty roadways as well as light-duty parking bays, ensuring that the parking lot could withstand the demands of daily traffic and provide a durable and reliable surface for vehicles.
In addition to the paving work, King Asphalt also provided line striping, symbols, and parking signs, contributing to the overall functionality and organization of the parking lot.
